Game 85: Ring Mania

Home

Ring Mania is a simple game where you have a rotating circle in the middle (use the left and right arrows to rotate it) and colored rings falling from the top. Match three rings with the same color to make them pop and score points. Simple in premise, infuriatingly in practice!

Game 84: Double Wires

Home

Ever wanted to fly around like Spider Man? With this little Flash game, you can get close to it. You’ll use your mouse to shoot two wires and prevent the little guy from falling. The objective is to go as far as possible.

Game 83: Indestructotank

Home

As you probably guessed, in this game, you get to drive an indestructible tank around. Once attacked by enemies’ bombs, the tank will be blasted into the sky and you will be able to hit the helicopters and planes. The more enemies you manage to take down on a single combo, the more points you earn. Make sure to reach the required experience points before your fuel ends.

Game 81: Cuber Xtreme

Home

Cuber Xtreme is a well-polished game where you have to push cubes around to match colors and make them vanish. There are many different types of cubes as well, from joker ones that can be combined with any color to pet cubes that give you one free push. The first levels work as a basic tutorial, and the fun starts after that!

Game 80: Matter (Tangram)

Home

These days you can find just about any game on Flash. Tangram is the classic Chinese game where you have to combine seven differently shaped pieces to make them match a figure that’s presented to you, which is exactly what Matter is a flash version of. A highly addictive game, and if you're anything like MrSwampy, you'll keep trying to beat your times! Enjoy!

Game 79: Bejeweled

Home

Bejeweled, a puzzle game by PopCap Games, was first developed in 2001 making it a bit of an oldie now, but what games site would be complete without it? The objective of this game is to swap one gem with an adjacent gem to form a horizontal or vertical chain of three or more gems. Sometimes chain reactions are triggered, where chains are formed by the falling gems. Cascades are awarded with bonus points. Addictive? Oh yes, I think so...

Game 77: Line Rider

Home

If you haven't played this game, you haven't lived. At face value, Line Rider looks almost too simple, but after playing it for a couple of minutes you'll soon find yourself creating increasingly wacky and impossible courses for the brave -- nay, foolhardy -- tobogganist.

Game 76: Crimson Room

Home

Crimson Room is a brain teaser room escape game, one of the so popular Fasco-cs games, where you wake up in a red room with a headache and can't remember a thing, not even where you are. Now, the object of the game is to unlock the door and get out of the room. In order to do this you have to find a variety of objects to help you with your quest.
One of the original "room escape" games, and definitely one of the most addictive.

Game 75: Bowman 2

Home

Set in a time when a bow and arrow was the best way to stick it to the man -- as opposed to playing silly games on company time -- Bow Man challenges you to shoot your enemy by calculating the correct angle and power of your bow. Robin Hood eat your heart out.

Game 74: Jail Break 2

Home

Stupid cops. If it wasn't for them, I could waltz out of here. Now is the time for sneakiness. And there's no one sneakier than me...
This is Jail Break 2, the game of sneaking about trying to avoid the gazes of your captors, whilst finding a way to escape. Basic but addictive, this is a sure-fire time killer!

Game 73: Frogger

Home

In the year 1981, young people would while away the tedium of living in 1981 by daring each other to run out in front of heavy traffic. It was a global phenomenon. Hundreds of bored feral kids were mown down by articulated lorries and racing cars during the infamous motorway massacres of late '81.
At the same time in a bizarre coincidence, Japanese company Konami created a video game called Frogger. Its basic principle similarly based on roadkill, but this time a frog was dodging the vehicles instead of a small child.
Your goal is to safely guide five frogs across the road and river so that they each in turn reach their lily pad homes. There are many obstacles along the way: if you're not too careful you could be flattened by a car, drowned in the river or eaten by a crocodile. So take it easy on the little froggies.

Game 72: Arkanoid

Home

Just in case you weren't around in the '80s, Arkanoid was an arcade game developed by Taito in '86, based on Atari's Breakout games of the '70s. This authentic remake of the original game is one of the best I've come across, and has entertained me no end! So take control of the good ship "Vaus", and avenge the untimely destruction of your mothership... the Arkanoid. (One of my favourite games EVER!)

Game 71: Hedgehog Launch

Home

Like the little prickly wonders in the Beatrix Potter books, this hedgehog is cute. Unlike them he is not safety conscious, quite the opposite in fact. The ultimate aim to launch him into space but he is going to crash to earth a good few times before you succeed. In order to gather the right skills and equipment (including funky goggles) to get your chap into space you need to pick up coins and buy upgrades with them. The final achievement is worth it though: so beautiful, so vast.

Use the mouse to drag and release the hedgehog and then use the left and right arrow keys to power the left and right boosters and, once you've got them, the up arrow to fire yourself higher, and the down arrow to release your parachute.

Game 70: Doeo

Home

Raitendo seems to have a sort of warped sense for the absurd. Put together a cute little hilltop scene, with a nice lake, and blue skies. Then throw Doeos at it until they are popping literally everywhere. If you don't know what a Doeo is then SHAME on you. They're those pink, dog-squares from... err... from... the recesses of Raitendo's mind, I suppose?
For each level, the maddening, yet addictive, voice will tell you how many Doeos you have to get (and by 'get' we mean pass the mouse over) and how long you have in which to get 'em. They will then appear all over the place and you just whirl your mouse around until it's time up, and hope that you got the blighters. The final level is the Doeo King, but we'll let you find out how to take him on.

Game 69: Bookworm

Home

In a nutshell: make words out of the letter tiles and get points for doing so. But don't think you can just get away with lots of three-letter words (like And or The), because shorter ones produce burning fire tiles which will set the library on fire if they reach the bottom of the screen before you can make words out of them. The absence of any 'against the clock' element makes this a somewhat leisurely puzzler if you like that sort of thing.

Game 68: Cannon Defense

Home

In what is now a very cluttered market, its not often that a desktop defender stands out from the crowd but this offering adds some interesting elements to a tired genre that keeps you coming back for more. Normally money is the key to unlock new items, but in this game it's a mixture of how many units you have built and how many you have destroyed. You also have air units to contend with which poses problems if you haven't built any anti-air turrets. Also have a selection of special weapons that come available once you have built them, like nuclear bombs and like.

Game 67: SuPuzzle

Home

Connect all 3 houses to the water, eletricity and gas suppliers without crossing any lines. Simple, right?

Instructions / Controls:

Game 66: Push

Home

Run and jump with one hand, warp reality with the other. Ian Snyder's Push is a platform game with an exciting and inventive twist that lets you reshape levels in real-time with an omnipotent force bubble. Plus you can make your own levels for others to tear asunder.

Game 65: Scarygirl

Home

Scarygirl is the sort of game that we dream about. It is enormous. It is hours long. It is at least five games rolled seamlessly into one (and that's before you take into account the eight classic console games you can unlock!). It has amazing graphics. It has an incredible intro. It is easy. It is difficult. It has replayability. It is innovative.
This is a platformer, in which you play the scarygirl of the title. You must jump about the pretty cartoon worlds picking up gems and fish, and beating enemies. You have to find your friends and gather information, build a motorbike, drive it around and all this in some of the most fabulous surroundings you can imagine. Think about if Tim Burton made a game... then make it better - then you have this. Astounding.
